Some of my favorites

Watching Christmas movies with my family is one of my favorite things to do. We watch so many during December.  Here are some of my favorites.

The Santa Clause:

This is my family's favorite Christmas movie. Every year we sit down on our couch with our popcorn and drinks and watch this Christmas classic. It has everything you want.  Tim Allen is a riot and really gives a heartfelt performance.  The music is perfect and the story isn't too sappy.  The movie has classic lines that you will find yourself repeating throughout the day.  It's a good family movie that you don't see much anymore. It's really hard to top this movie because it is a beloved classic.  I highly recommend seeing it if you haven't already.

Elf:

I remember seeing this in theaters many years ago with my family.  I had never heard them laugh so hard.  The entire theater was roaring with laughter.  This was my first time seeing a Will Ferrell movie.  I had seen him on some SNL skits and thought he was hysterical.  This movie has become a classic and is one of the funniest movies you'll ever see.  Will Ferrell was the perfect choice.  It isn't as brilliant as The Santa Clause, but it's by far the funniest Christmas movie I've ever seen. The scene with the star and the tree is my favorite part.  It's one of the funniest scenes I've ever seen in a movie.  So many great lines and classic scenes make this a great movie to watch with your friends and family.

Christmas Vacation:

If there's one movie that could compete with Elf as the funniest Christmas movie, it would be this one.  My family watches this one ever year.  It's just a classic.  Chevy Chase and Randy Quaid are comic geniuses.  There's so many classic scenes to remember. From the lights on the house to the squirrel incident, there's something hysterical to laugh at in every scene.  It isn't as heartfelt as the other two I mentioned, but it keeps the laughter going the whole time.

Merry Christmas guys! Hope you all have a great one!
